Specialists of the Specialized Expert Center ‘QazProf’ LLP conducted a workplace certification based on working conditions at the gold mining enterprise ‘BASS Gold’ LLP.

As part of the certification, a comprehensive assessment of working conditions was carried out for various categories of employees — both production and administrative-office personnel.

‘QazProf’ specialists inspected the workstations directly on the enterprise’s premises, including production areas and underground workstations. To objectively assess the actual working conditions, the specialists went down into the mine and conducted the necessary surveys directly at the work sites.

During the certification, factors of the production environment, the severity and intensity of the labor process, workstation injury safety, and the provision of employees with personal protective equipment were evaluated.

Professional workplace certification is the foundation for an objective assessment of working conditions and the adoption of effective measures to ensure employee safety.
