Our training programs are regularly updated in accordance with the latest changes to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2026. The course includes practical case studies in the following areas:

New Environmental Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: a detailed review of the Environmental Code, classification of facilities by categories (I, II, III, IV), and new rules for inspections and state supervisory checks.
Environmental Permits and Documentation: procedures and deadlines for obtaining environmental permits and conducting a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Industrial Environmental Control and Monitoring: development and implementation of an Industrial Environmental Control Program (IEC), as well as rules for establishing automated emissions monitoring systems at emission sources.
Industrial Waste Management: waste classification, development of an enterprise waste management program, limits, and organization of waste storage and disposal sites in accordance with the new requirements.
Environmental Reporting and Record-Keeping: rules for maintaining primary records of emissions, discharges, water use, and waste, completing required logs, and submitting environmental reports accurately and on time.
Legal Liability: administrative and criminal liability for violations of environmental regulations, as well as ways to protect an enterprise from unjustified fines.
Integration with ISO Standards: the relationship between national legislation and the international environmental management standard ISO 14001.
