Electrical safety

QazProf specialized training center LLP provides professional training, advanced training, and knowledge assessment in electrical safety (Groups II, III, IV, and V) for managers, specialists, and electrical personnel of enterprises throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan.

📋 What is included in the service:

Training for managers and responsible personnel: preparation of chief power engineers, persons responsible for the electrical facilities of enterprises, and chairpersons of examination commissions.
Training for engineering and technical personnel: training of engineering and technical staff responsible for organizing work in electrical installations up to and above 1000 V.
Training for electrical personnel: theoretical and practical training for administrative, technical, operational, and maintenance personnel authorized to issue work permits and supervise electrical work. This training is conducted at least once a year.
Organization of knowledge assessment: knowledge testing by a qualification commission, with preparation of an official protocol and issuance of documents in the prescribed format.

⚖️ Legislative framework:

Training is conducted in strict accordance with the requirements of:

Order No. 222 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2015: “On Approval of the Safety Rules for the Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations.”
Order No. 506 of the Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2014: “Rules for Ensuring Electrical Safety During the Operation of Electrical Installations.”

🎓 Upon completion of the training, you will receive:

📜 Certificate with an Assigned Electrical Safety Group valid for 3 years — for administrative and technical personnel (managers and specialists);
📕 Certificate with an Assigned Electrical Safety Group valid for 1 year — for operational, operational-maintenance, and maintenance personnel (workers);
📑 Knowledge Assessment Protocol in the prescribed format;
📖 Training Materials on the safe operation of electrical installations;

⚠️ Liability for violations of electrical installation operating rules (article 305 of the administrative code of the republic of Kazakhstan):

Violation of safety rules for the operation of electrical installations may result in a warning or a fine:

Individuals: 5 MCI;
Officials, small businesses / non-profit organizations: 15 MCI (30 MCI for a repeated violation within one year);
Medium-sized businesses: 30 MCI (50 MCI for a repeated violation);
Large businesses: 100 MCI (150 MCI for a repeated violation).
