📋 What is included in the service:

The Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 159, Paragraph 8): requires members of the conciliation commission to undergo annual training on the application of the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on developing negotiation and consensus-building skills in labour disputes.

Officials, small businesses / non-profit organizations: 20 MCI (40 MCI for a repeated violation within one year);
Medium-sized businesses: 30 MCI (60 MCI for a repeated violation);
Large businesses: 120 MCI (240 MCI for a repeated violation).
