A Fire Safety Audit is an official alternative to a state inspection. According to Subparagraph 19-2) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Civil Protection,” businesses have the legal right to choose between undergoing state fire safety supervision (Emergency Situations Departments / Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan) or engaging an accredited expert organization.
