Training for operating lifting mechanisms
in Kazakhstan
QazProf specialized training center LLP provides professional training, advanced training, and knowledge assessment in industrial safety for the operation of lifting equipment for managers, specialists, and employees of enterprises throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan.
📋 What is included in the service:
Training for Managers and Responsible Personnel: Training for specialists responsible for production control over the safe operation of lifting equipment, as well as personnel responsible for maintaining lifting equipment in proper working condition and ensuring the safe performance of crane operations.
Training for Engineering and Technical Personnel: Training for engineering and technical staff responsible for organizing work involving lifting cranes, hoists, aerial work platforms, and loader cranes.
Training for Skilled Workers: Theoretical and practical training for crane operators, riggers, load handlers, hoist operators, and workers operating from aerial work platform baskets. Training is conducted at least once a year.
Organization of Knowledge Assessment: Knowledge testing by a qualification commission, with the preparation of an official protocol and issuance of documents in the prescribed format.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Civil Protection”: regulates mandatory industrial safety requirements for the operation of hazardous production facilities and lifting equipment.
Order No. 359 of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2014: “On Approval of the Rules for Ensuring Industrial Safety During the Operation of Lifting Equipment.”

Granting access to the maintenance and operation of lifting mechanisms to persons who have not undergone training and knowledge verification entails fines:
- Individuals: 10 MCI (MRP);
- Officials, small business / NGOs: 30 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses within a year — 60 MCI (MRP));
- Medium business: 50 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses — 100 MCI (MRP));
- Large business: 100 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses — 200 MCI (MRP)).
