Fire-technical minimum

LLP Specialized training center «Qazprof» conducts professional training and knowledge verification on the fire-technical minimum for managers, specialists, designated persons, and employees of organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

📋 What is included in the service:

Training of managers and responsible persons: preparation of organization leaders, persons responsible for fire safety, and members of qualification commissions.
Training of engineering and technical staff (ETS) and specialists: preparation of chief specialists, engineers, heads of departments, and facilities with high public occupancy.
Blue-collar professions and hot work: training of employees performing fire-hazardous, gas and electric welding, and explosion-hazardous work.
Organization of knowledge verification: conducting knowledge testing by the qualification commission with the issuance of prescribed-standard documents.

⚖️ Legislative framework:

Training is conducted in strict compliance with the requirements of:

Law of the RK «On Civil Protection»: regulates mandatory requirements for ensuring fire safety at enterprises.
Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RK No. 276 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the RK under No. 9510): «Rules for training in fire safety measures and requirements for the content of training programs on fire safety measures».

🎓 Upon completion of the training, you receive:

📕 FTM Qualification Certificate valid for 3 years — for organization leaders, chief specialists, and persons responsible for fire safety;
📕 FTM Qualification Certificate valid for 1 year — for blue-collar workers, as well as persons performing fire-hazardous and explosion-hazardous work;
📑 Prescribed-standard knowledge verification protocol;
📖 Methodological materials and visual aids for practical use;

⚠️ Liability for violation of fire safety rules (Article 410 of the Administrative Code RK):

Violation or failure to comply with fire safety requirements entails a warning or a fine:

Individuals: 5 MCI (MRP);
Officials, small business / NGOs: 25 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses within a year — 50 MCI (MRP));
Medium business: 50 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses — 100 MCI (MRP));
Large business: 100 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses — 200 MCI (MRP)).
