Development of Risk Assessment Maps: preparation of detailed occupational risk assessment maps and registers for each workplace.
Development of an Action Plan: creation of a step-by-step program to reduce, eliminate, or control identified risks, including equipment replacement, provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), and revision of work procedures.

The Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 182, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 5): requires the employer to take measures to prevent risks at workplaces and in technological processes.
Order No. 363 of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 11, 2020: “On Approval of the Rules for Occupational Risk Management.”

Large businesses: 50 MCI (100 MCI for a repeated violation).
