Based on the strict requirements of modern customer technical specifications, including work at compressor stations (CS), rotational camps (RC), and industrial facilities, we perform the following types of work:

🔌 Instrumental Measurements and Grounding Inspection

Determination of the technical condition of grounding devices: assessment of compliance with testing standards for lightning protection systems, grounding loops of buildings, and structures.
Verification of the continuity between grounding devices and grounded elements, including electric motors, electric heaters of gas pumping units, distribution boards, control cabinets, process control system panels, instrumentation, SCADA systems, telecommunications equipment, UPS cabinets, and battery cabinets.

🔍 Expertise and Testing of Electrical Equipment and Networks

Thermal Imaging Diagnostics: detection of hidden defects and overheating zones in AC and DC electric motors, circuit breakers, switchgear, enclosed bus ducts, busbars, fuses, and distribution boards, including explosion-proof Ex equipment.
Insulation Resistance Measurement: inspection of main and emergency lighting systems, electric motors of fire suppression systems, as well as shielded instrumentation and control cables used in control systems, including SCADA and compressor unit control systems.
Comprehensive testing of complete transformer substations (CTS) rated 10/0.4 kV and 0.4/10 kV.

🥽 Testing of Electrical Protective Equipment (PPE)

Mandatory periodic inspection and laboratory testing of personal protective equipment and insulated tools:

Dielectric gloves;
Electrical measuring clamps and multimeters up to 1000 V;
Voltage indicators up to 1000 V;
Insulated tools up to 1000 V, including wrenches, ratchets, pliers, side cutters, screwdrivers, and electrician’s knives;
Safety belts.

🛡️ Network Protection Testing

Measurement of phase-to-neutral loop parameters, including short-circuit current assessment and verification of protective circuit breakers and fuses.
🔘 Testing and assessment of the operating parameters of residual current devices (RCDs).

The provision of energy expertise and electrical testing is strictly regulated by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Electric Power Industry”: defines the procedures for the operation of electrical installations and the mandatory nature of energy expertise to ensure the reliability and safety of power supply.
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Improvement”: regulates the efficient and rational use of energy resources.
Safety Rules for the Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations in the Republic of Kazakhstan: establish strict intervals and scopes for testing electrical protective equipment, cable lines, and grounding devices.
