QazProf specialized training center LLP provides professional training, advanced training, and knowledge assessment on occupational health and safety requirements for working at height for managers, specialists, and employees of enterprises throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan.

📋 What is included in the service:

Training for managers and responsible personnel: preparation of specialists responsible for the safe organization and performance of work at height, as well as members of examination commissions.
Training for engineering and supervisory personnel: training for persons authorized to issue work permits and for work supervisors, including foremen, site supervisors, and team leaders.
Training for workers: theoretical and practical training for climbers, installers, riggers, and other employees performing work at height. This training is conducted at least once a year.
Organization of knowledge assessment: knowledge testing by a qualification commission, with preparation of an official protocol and issuance of documents in the prescribed format.

Training is conducted in strict accordance with the requirements of:

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Civil Protection”: regulates mandatory industrial safety requirements at hazardous production facilities.
Rules for Ensuring Industrial Safety When Working with Highly Toxic Substances (HTS): establish the procedure for the safe operation of facilities that use, produce, store, and transport highly toxic substances.

🎓 Upon completion of the training, you will receive:

📜 Certificate valid for 3 years — for managers, specialists, and persons responsible for the safe organization of work at height;
📕 Qualification Certificate valid for 1 year — for employees directly performing work at height;
📑 Knowledge Assessment Protocol in the prescribed state-approved format;

⚠️ Liability for violations of occupational health and safety requirements (article 93 of the administrative code of the republic of Kazakhstan):

Allowing employees to perform work at height without completing the required training and knowledge assessment may result in fines:

Officials, small businesses / non-profit organizations: 20 MCI (40 MCI for a repeated violation within one year);
Medium-sized businesses: 30 MCI (60 MCI for a repeated violation);
Large businesses: 120 MCI (240 MCI for a repeated violation).
