Training for working with pressure vessels
in Kazakhstan
Specialized training center «Qazprof» LLP conducts professional training, advanced training, and knowledge verification on industrial safety assurance during the operation of equipment operating under pressure for managers, specialists, and employees of enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
📋What is included in the service:
- Training of managers and responsible persons: preparation of specialists responsible for exercising production control over the safe operation of equipment operating under pressure, as well as persons responsible for the sound condition and safe operation of vessels, boilers, and pipelines.
- Preparation of engineering and technical staff (ETS) and specialists: training of engineering and technical staff (ETS) organizing the execution of work on the maintenance, repair, and technical inspection of equipment under pressure.
- Training of blue-collar professions: theoretical and practical training of boiler operators, machine operators, process technicians, fitters, and personnel servicing pressure vessels, steam and hot water boilers, steam and hot water pipelines (conducted at least 1 time per year).
- Organization of knowledge verification: knowledge testing by the qualification commission with the preparation of a protocol and issuance of prescribed-standard documents.
⚖️Regulatory framework:
Training is conducted in strict compliance with the requirements of:
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Civil Protection»: regulates mandatory industrial safety requirements during the operation of hazardous production facilities and equipment operating under pressure.
- Order of the Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2014, No. 358: «On approval of the Rules for ensuring industrial safety during the operation of equipment operating under pressure».

- Individuals: 10 MCI (MRP);
- Officials, small business / NGOs: 30 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses within a year — 60 MCI (MRP));
- Medium business: 50 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses — 100 MCI (MRP));
- Large business: 100 MCI (MRP) (for repeat offenses — 200 MCI (MRP)).
