QazProf specialized training center LLP provides first aid training courses in accordance with Order No. ҚР ДСМ-269/2020 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2020.

📋 What is First aid?

First aid is a set of urgent basic measures aimed at saving a person’s life, preventing complications in emergency conditions, and reducing threats to the health and life of an injured person. It is provided at the scene of an incident either by the injured person themselves (self-help) or by another person nearby (mutual assistance) before medical professionals arrive.

Why is a first aid course necessary? Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough to provide first aid correctly. Even the best practical guide cannot replace hands-on practice. To perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), stop bleeding, or bandage a wound, practical training under the supervision of professionals is essential. Completing first aid training gives you a real chance to save someone’s life. To avoid causing additional harm before medical help arrives, it is important to prepare in advance—for example, by learning how to remove foreign objects from the mouth, control bleeding, and help restore consciousness.

The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Health and the Healthcare System” (Article 90, Paragraphs 1, 2, and 6): regulates the organization and procedure for providing first aid by persons without medical education.
Order No. ҚР ДСМ-269/2020 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2020: “On Approval of the Rules for Providing First Aid by Persons Without Medical Education, Including Those Who Have Undergone Relevant Training, and the First Aid Standard.”

⚠️ Liability for violations of first aid requirements (article 93 of the administrative code of the Republic of Kazakhstan):

Allowing employees to work without completing first aid training and knowledge assessment may result in fines:

Officials, small businesses / non-profit organizations: 20 MCI (40 MCI for a repeated violation within one year);
Medium-sized businesses: 30 MCI (60 MCI for a repeated violation);
Large businesses: 120 MCI (240 MCI for a repeated violation).
