Safety First: LC Waikiki Retail Company employees completed training in key areas
In August and September 2025, specialists from the ‘Specialized Expert Center KazProf’ LLP conducted a series of training sessions for LC Waikiki Retail Company employees.
The first part of the training took place in August and was dedicated to providing first pre-medical aid. Employees studied action algorithms for injuries, bleeding, burns, and fainting, and practiced hands-on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. Trainees actively participated, asking questions about real-life situations on the sales floor and in warehouses, where staff reaction speed and confident actions are of critical importance.
Such a training sequence allowed employees to form a comprehensive understanding of labor safety: from providing assistance to victims to preventing accidents while performing professional tasks.
Following the training, the participants successfully passed the final knowledge assessment and received standard-issue certificates.
