Safety First: LC Waikiki Retail Company employees completed training in key areas
In August and September 2025, specialists from Specialized Exper Center KazProf LLP conducted a series of training events for the employees of LC Waikiki Retail Company.
The first part of the training took place in August and focused on providing first aid. Employees studied action protocols for injuries, bleeding, burns, and fainting, and also practiced hands-on skills for cardiopulmanory resuscitaion (CPR). The trainees partcipated actively, asking questions about real-world scenarios in sales floors abd warehouses, where response speed and confident actions by personnel are of critical importance.
This sequential training approach allowed employees to develop a comprehensive understanding of workplace safety, ranging from providing aid to injured individuals to preventing accidents while performing professional tasks.
Following the training, the participants succesfully passed the final assessment and recieved standard-form certificates.
